A bit about Ruby

I’m a first year student at Edinburgh University studying Astrophysics. I am passionate about STEM learning and I enjoy teaching others. All students are capable of achieving the marks they want, and understanding the subject matter, with the right support. I hope to provide part of that support system. I have previously provided one on one tutoring for students with learning disabilities as well as helped to run science classes for younger years in secondary school. In my free time I enjoy learning about the newest developments in science, watching and reading sci-fi and fantasy media, and creative writing.

How does Ruby run their lessons?

The way I run my lessons is... I will help you to identify the areas you need help understanding, explain the content to you and work to develop your understand, walk through examples of questions with you, and then get you to try some on your own and provide feedback.
