A bit about Amina

Hello! My name is Amina and I am a 23 year-old masters student currently studying Forensic Science at the University of Strathclyde. Having lived in both Japan and Germany for 10+ years each, I have a lot of experience in both learning and teaching languages. Having taught Japanese both one-on-one and to a group, I have built up my repertoire of interesting language-learning techniques which I would love to share with you! So if you are interested in improving your German and/or Japanese for school (or if you are just interested in general), do let me know!

How does Amina run their lessons?

The way I run my lessons is... By trying to tailor the lessons to the needs and desires of each of my students. I understand that every student requires a different learning style: some like listening exercises more than speaking - other enjoy learning through reading and writing more than holding a conversation. With this said, I will try to challenge you, but also guide you so that you don't lose the passion for learning!
